Inert 1939 Dated German WW2 7.92/8mm Ammunition In Box
Description

This is an inert 1939 dated original service pack of German WW2 7.92x57 "Patronen s.S.", 198gr Ball ammunition. This box contains 15 rounds of brass cased German standard SmE (Spitzen mit Einkern or semi-armor piercing; having a steel core) and are headstamped P635 Gustloff-Werke Otto Eberhardt-Patronenfabrik, Hirtenberg Niederdonau, Austria under German occupation S+ (bras case) 13 (1939 date). The bullet has a steel core with a copper jacket. The cardboard packet has a white paper identification label on it. There is a slight tare on one side of the box but when does not stop it from holding the inert rounds in and is barely noticeable. What can you exspect when the box is 82 years old.
