Rare Removable Barrel Czech VZ59
Description

This is a Czech VZ59 light machine gun used by the Czechoslovakian military in the late 50s early 60s.These Vz`s use a strange way of cocking the weapon system. There is no external cocking leaver, you pull the trigger which opens the dust cover then you thrust the cocking Handle forward and pull it back which then pics up the bolt and you pull it back fully which cocks the weapon. Light and fast, they were great one man guns but they had a tendency to vibrate a bit. This particular one strips cocks and dry fires as well as has a removal barrel which is extremely rare on deacts, unfortunately it is missing the upper part of the bolt this is due to the way it was deactivated. This does not effect it and it is still able to cock and dry fire. A lovely piece for any collector.
