Description

This is a World War 1 1915 dated British shell case that has been turned into a piece of trench art. This example has been made from a 18 pounder shell case and fuze. This has 3 uses, one of which is an ash tray as well as a match stick holder and the rim underneath the fuze is a match striker to light your match. A very interesting example of world war 1 trench art. The shel dates to December 1915.
